In this course we will look at common injuries to most joints of the body. We start by learning the anatomy of each joint, the injuries associated with the specific joints, and finally we learn what exercises to avoid and what exercises will help your injured client- creating a pain free exercise program. This is a very hands on course. There is an exercise booklet included in the course price.
We will spend the day assessing each other on various movements, looking at what a proper movement pattern should be, and what a dysfunctional movement pattern looks like . After assessing each other we can apply exercises to address and correct muscle imbalances ( either weakness or tightness). This is a very hands on course. The course includes a exercise booklet to take home.
