We offer 1 hour assessments to diagnose the cause of your pain. We determine what the "root cause" of the pain is, and then we continue with a personalized plan specific to you.
After getting to the "root cause", we then determine the best course of action. The treatment could involve manual therapy techniques, but we believe the key missing link is exercises specific to the injury to get you "back to it".
We will spend an hour watching you move, and determine where your muscle weaknesses are to help us provide the appropriate exercise program tailored specific to your goals.
